The Seaside Desert Camp of Tel De Elo
Population: 550
Humans: 316
Anthros: 122
Weres: 113
Tel De Elo is not completely stationary, this is why it is rare for you to see any real buildings. Tel De Elo is known for moving along the Atlantic coastline of Africa. Yearly it moves about 100 miles up and down the coastline. It'll stay in place for two weeks to a month at a time, then everyone will pack up again, placing everything within large wooden carts and sleds that are either pulled by camels or Were and Anthros taking shifts.
Everyone works together to support survival. The people of this encampment are more like a very very large family than anything else. They fight together, eat together, work together, breathe, cry and party together.
Everything is done in trade. Nothing is ever free, nor will it ever be. Were's work and defend in trade for food and supplies, while humans supply the food and things needed to survive. There is a certain harmony at work between these people, and even though things become tense at times, they usually work things out.
Like with most camps, Vampires are banned from joining and always driven off. Beware the sounding of horns, the blaring sirens are a warning to take cover, because either Gnormats, Vampires or Raiders are on the siege.
Most humans, any human that is not a 'Defender' specialty must report to the center of the camp while the Weres and some Anthros work to either drive their attackers off, or exterminate them.
Many times large banquets and parties will start at the center of the camp, which usually consists of cleared area of 100 feet by 100 feet. The town center is usually where voting, exiles, executions and the like take place. Especially being that the Camp councilmen live at the center.
